I still remember my first Sunday service at NCF Mumbai—walking in, unsure of what to expect, yet immediately feeling welcomed. From that fellowship onwards, as a student in a new city, NCF became an essential part of my life and gradually, as I participated in the fellowships, camp and annual outreach programs, I learned more about the importance of walking in faith and finding joy in worship together.

Miss Nizatoli completed her M.Sc. in Biostatistics and Demography from the International Institute for Population Sciences, Chembur, Mumbai. During her studies, she faithfully served as the Core Finance Leader of NCF Mumbai for two years. She is currently working as an Associate Statistical Data Scientist at Pfizer Healthcare India Pvt. Ltd., Chennai
I resided less than a km away from the church, which I’ll always be grateful for, and on days when I would think of staying back at the hostel instead, I was reminded of friends who travel so far to be a part of the fellowship.
Later as I returned from church, I would realise that I would’ve missed out on so much had I not gotten out of bed. While it may seem trivial, this was just one of the many ways in which NCF was a source of encouragement in my life.
I was also blessed to witness God’s goodness in the lives of friends and families who wholeheartedly surrendered to Him and made Him the foundation of their lives. More than anything, it reminded me that no matter how far we are from home, God is always with us, and He is present with those who gather in His name.
I’ve left the city now, but I’ve taken with me many lessons and memories from the fellowship. I am thankful to the families, individuals, core team, and our pastor and his family for their dedication to this fellowship and the spiritual growth of the church. I pray that NCFM continues to be a source of encouragement and faith to many just as it was for me.
